 IF you can get past the Electrified Fencing....

they have CLEVERLY deployed specially trained Guard Tatanka in a no mans land in front of

 the Tribal Offices (visible in the background), to charge Shooting White Men, and it works.  That was my last shot before jumping back in the car. ;-)   

I wish they had been more specific in their training..
